Cingiz Überbacher: Ganz einfach. Italienisches Design mit Niveau. Wir, und damit meine ich vor allem auch den renommierten Architekten Maximilian Knoll, hatten klare Vorstellungen zum Gesamtkonzept „Paninothek“. Das betraf auch das Einrichtungsdesign. Klaus Po- mella (Anm. Geschäftsführer Rossin) hat das sofort verstanden und uns mit seinen flexiblen Lösungen überzeugt. Können Sie uns ein Beispiel nennen? Cingiz Überbacher: In unserem Lokal gibt es viele Stufen und hohe Wände. Diesen leeren Platz wollten wir nutzen und in der Gestaltung der Räume mit- einbeziehen. Daher gibt es jetzt flexible Sitzmöglichkeiten an der Treppe und Wände, die teils bis zur Decke mit Samt verkleidet sind. Die Firma Rossin hat da nicht gezögert und war sofort bereit, mit uns gemeinsam diese Dinge umzusetzen und ihr Know-How einzubringen. Mr. Überbacher, why did you choose Rossin? Cingiz Überbacher: It’s simple: Italian de- sign with quality. We, and I am referring, in particular, to famous architect Maxi- milian Knoll, we had clear ideas about the concept of “sandwich shop” and this also with respect to interior design. Klaus Pomella (the owner of Rossin) understood this from the beginning and convinced us with his flexible solutions. Could you give us an example? Cingiz Überbacher: In our restaurant there are many steps and many high walls. We wanted to use this empty space and include it in the design of the environ- ment. For this reason, now in the facility you can also sit on the stairs and along the walls - covered in part of velvet up to the top. Rossin had no doubts and was immediately ready to bring to fruition our ideas together with us, contributing to them with its know-how. tonic design – Lorenz + Kaz Die frische, dynamische, nicht horizontal verlaufende Linie wird hier zum interessanten Charakteristikum.
